Terms of Purchase - Art prints & digital products

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases and use of services and digital products provided by CzarCreates (also known as CzarCreatesBrands), a sole trader business based in Australia (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Product Information
We take care to represent each product accurately, but please note: Colours on screen may vary slightly from the physical print due to lighting and display settings. All prints are individually packaged and may include minor variations that add to their handmade nature.

Digital products are provided as downloadable files — no physical item will be shipped.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Full payment is required at checkout. Prices include taxes (if applicable) and shipping.

3. Shipping & Delivery
‍For art prints: Orders are shipped from Maroochydore, Queensland, Australia using Australia Post.
Dispatch usually occurs within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and postal service conditions.
Once shipped, we’re not responsible for postal delays, lost, or damaged mail. Please double-check your address before finalising your order.

‍For digital products: Digital files are delivered instantly via download link or email after payment is confirmed. If you experience issues accessing your file, contact us at czarcee@czarcreates.com within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
‍Physical prints:
All art prints are made to order. Because of this, general returns, change-of-mind returns, or preference-based returns are not accepted.

‍If your print arrives damaged, or there is a visible print error or quality issue, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order with:
Clear photos of the print and packaging
Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface
Your order number

Please email these to czarcee@czarcreates.com.If the issue falls within our quality standards, we’ll organise either a replacement or a refund at our discretion

‍Digital products:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered. Please ensure you have the correct device or software to access the file before purchasing.

‍Cancellations:
For physical prints, if you need to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You may edit or cancel your order anytime before it enters production.

Once your order has gone into production or has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You may still be eligible for a replacement if there is a quality concern (see above).

6. Intellectual Property & Usage
‍All artwork, images, text, and digital materials remain the intellectual property of CzarCreates.
Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license for your own use only.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify any part of our products without prior written consent.

8. Updates to Terms

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Product following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
