The Brief Collective recently pivoted their positioning and gained further clarity on the type of designers they want to market to and attract.

Their current overarching goal is to refined everything from their courses to their student experience, to position themselves as the Harvard for designers.

To reflect this pivot, their overall visual direction needed to represent their "messy action over perfection" approach, while also communicating the calibre of their courses and resources.

Founders Marisa and Kenzi wanted SBC to reflect this refresh, while maintaining cohesion across its other sub-brands.

‘Club’ is arranged vertically to prevent the brand name from becoming too long, ensuring it remains compact and versatile

Customised the type to make it feel more cohesive with the entire sub-brand

Czarcee absolutely nailed the vision for Social Butterfly Club! Working alongside her on this brand was such a collaborative and seamless experience. She took all our ideas and brought them to life with incredible precision, creativity, and just the right amount of ‘messy action over perfection.’ The final brand reflects our refreshed approach so perfectly—strategic, yet approachable—and she maintained the cohesion with our sub-brands effortlessly.
